Schedule of Fees:

Permanent Full Time Referral

Application Fee: $150 new clients,
              $125 returning clients
       It is non-refundable and applied to the
              permanent placement fee only.

Fee: 14% Live-out, 16% Live-in
Candidate's Gross Annual Salary
Minimum Fee of $3600

A non-refundable Application Fee is required with your permanent referral application. The Application Fee is applied to full fee. Balance of fee due upon hiring. One year guarantee on permanent referrals.

One Year Guarantee

Our guarantee policy stands behind our philosophy that stability is best for your child. Our candidates are screened for those candidates who are able to give a family a one year commitment.

Unforeseen circumstances do arise and a family needs to feel comfort in that The Philadelphia Nanny Network, Inc. is there for them. If the employee is terminated for any reason, The Philadelphia Nanny Network, Inc. will provide a full time candidate for the remainder of the year.

Should the second employee stay longer than the balance of the 12 months, a prorated fee would be due. The fee would reflect the time she remains in your employment up to her 12 months of service.

For part time (ongoing temps), the agency fee is $17 per day when a regular weekly schedule is established. Discounts for a 3-month term or longer are available.

The annual registration fee gives you access to our pool of candidates for the year. It is waived for clients registered for a permanent referral.
