Family is looking for a patient, caring, engaging, attentive, and organized nanny who is a good communicator.  Come to the job full of energy to keep up with two very active boys under age 3. They love to to play outside everyday.  Indoors they have fun in creative engagement.

If you are a problem solver, this could be a good fit for you.   The parents want a take charge nanny who will manage schedules with structure, routine and consistency such as lunch time and nap time in a pattern.

The parents understand the importance of being in sync with the nanny in how they approach boundaries and setting limits.

Mom works from home in a home office tucked away from the play area.  Family is an experienced nanny employer.

Also included in the generous compensation package will be 20-30 days paid vacation and paid holidays along with an additional 5 personal/sick days paid.
