As a Now Nanny at Philadelphia Nanny Network, you’ll be the backbone of our childcare team, offering vital backup for colleagues and immediate relief for working parents in urgent need. Your readiness to fill in during unforeseen circumstances will keep our operations smooth and families satisfied. Join us in this dual-purpose role that champions flexibility and compassion, making a profound impact on the lives of children and parents alike.
Responsibilities:
- Remain available during assigned on-call hours to respond to last-minute child care requests and back up to assigned nannies.
- Provide engaging, safe, and nurturing care to children of various ages, from infants to pre-teens.
- Adapt quickly to different household environments and routines.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about the care provided and any relevant updates during the service period.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and respect family privacy.
- Follow all company guidelines and standards for quality care.
Job Details:
- Start and end times vary, typically 8am – 6pm
- Monday – Friday
- Weekend work is available by choice as a Substitute Nanny
- Must be willing to travel up to 75 minutes. May have travel time over 45 minutes paid.
