They are seeking a proactive, experienced nanny who takes initiative; anticipating milestones, supporting development, and bringing knowledge to the table without needing direction.
Brooklyn Heights is your playground! From parks to libraries to neighborhood outings, getting out and about is key. They’re looking for a social, activity-driven nanny who plans ahead, enjoys playdates, and fosters an engaged, thriving child. Someone who is present, playful, and engaged will thrive in this role. If you’re the kind of nanny who walks in with a plan already in mind, this family would love to meet you.
* NOTE – Their home is a brownstone. Candidates must be able to carry a baby and stroller up three flights of stairs.
Responsibilities:
- Full childcare
- Child laundry
- Maintain and organize child clothing sizes, closet, dresser
- Child meals and meal prep
- Tidy common areas
- Light pet care
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of full-time nanny experience
- Comfortable with dogs
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Familiarity with Brooklyn Heights or nearby areas – BONUS!
- Vaccinations Required: MMR, Tdap, Cvid, Flu
