Babysitters & Temporary

Need a babysitter for date night, backup care, a day or two on occasion, or an extra set of hands? Our agency-employed caregivers work on your schedule. Book ahead or on short notice as needed.

Annual Registration $175 | Annual Renewal $99

  • PA | DE | So NJ | Richmond, VA $31.95 per hour
  • NYC | CT | DC | DMV | MD $36.95 per hour

Included & Additional*

  • Annual registration fee: Gives access to our vetted team of babysitters & temp nannies (I)
  • Minimum: 4-hour booking per visit
  • Transportation: IRS mileage rate + 2% admin fee if caregiver drives in their car *
  • Rate includes: Agency fee, payroll & taxes, insurance, and workers' comp
  • Overtime: Time-and-a-half rates apply per state law*
  • Federal holidays: Time-and-a-half of hourly rate*

Additional Fees

  • More than 3 children: +$5 per hour
  • Hotel or away-from-home rental sitting: +$5 per hour
  • Peak periods or same-day/next-day booking: +$3 per hour

Peak periods include federal holidays, days surrounding holidays, school breaks, and late August to early September due to high demand.

Short - Term Care

For getting a nanny, family assistant, household manager, or newborn care specialist working weeks to months (under a year), bridging a gap, handling a busy period, or trying out in-home help. You work with the same person throughout, not different people like occasional babysitting. We can employ them for you, or you can employ them directly.

Application Fee $250 | Returning Clients $175

What's Included (Both Employment Models)

  • Application fee: Starts your search
  • Set schedule: 16-hour per week minimum
  • Interview recommended candidates and do a trial day before committing
  • Same caregiver throughout the placement
  • Ongoing support: We're always available for questions

WE EMPLOY THEM FOR YOU (AGENCY-EMPLOYED)

  • Hourly Rate: $32-85 per hour based on role
  • Rate Includes:
    • Agency fee, payroll & taxes, insurance, and workers' comp
  • Additional Fees (When Applicable):
    • Transportation: IRS mileage rate + 2% admin fee if caregiver drives children in their car
    • Overtime: Time-and-a-half rates apply per state law
    • Federal holidays: Time-and-a-half of hourly rate

YOU EMPLOY THEM (FAMILY-EMPLOYED)

  • Agency Fee: 24% of total total compensation
  • Pay Range: $20-65 per hour depending on role, background, experience, and geographic location
  • What You Handle:
    • Your own payroll and taxes (we can recommend a payroll service)
    • Direct employment relationship with your caregiver
  • What We Provide:
    • Vetted candidates for you to interview
    • Hiring guidance and trial day coordination
    • Ongoing support and consultation

Long - Term Care

For getting a nanny, household manager, or family assistant, full-time or part time, who becomes part of your family for a year or more. They partner with you to help raise your children, manage your household, and become trusted members of your daily life. They are responsible for your children's daily care, development, and wellbeing, helping to create a stable, nurturing environment. You employ them directly. We handle the search, vetting, and hiring guidance, then stay available for ongoing support.

Application Fee $250 | Returning Clients $175

    • Pay in full: Full agency fee due at hire with a discount
    • Payment plan: 60% due at hire, 20% at day 30, 20% at day 90
  • Pay range: $20-65 per hour depending on role, background, experience, and geographic location
  • Benefits: You handle PTO, holiday pay and optional benefits like health care or use of a car

*Add 5% for a live-in nanny referral

Essential Tier

  • Fee 16%
  • Guarantee 90 days
  • Minimum: $3600

Premium Tier

  • Fee: 18%
  • Guarantee: 120 days
  • Minimum: $3850
  • Waived Annual Registration fee for babysitters, backup & temp care

Platinum Tier

  • Fee: 20%
  • Guarantee: 180 days
  • Minimum: $4010
  • Waived Annual Registration fee for babysitters, backup & temp care
  • Education & non-child-care employment verification
  • Up to 3 free days of backup care
  • We do all screening, interviewing, and reference checking in house
  • Screening includes criminal background, driving record, sex offender registry, social security trace, and state child abuse clearance
  • Through our interview process, all candidates pass the INA Basic Skills Assessment

We use industry-credentialed platforms with the highest security standards to manage sensitive data, including ADP for payroll processing and Keap/Thryv for client relationship management, etc.. These platforms are built with enterprise-level security protocols, and our system settings are configured to mask personal information so it is never exposed unnecessarily.

We are selective about every tool we bring into our operations and bake into our processes ways for individuals to have control over data input. Our work must embed trust with sensitive information.
