Our main role is to identify the most advanced and suitable childcare options available nationwide and to connect families with caregivers, childcare centers, and expert consultants based on their individual needs. Please note: Philadelphia Nanny Network is not a childcare provider, and we do not offer any form of childcare services, advice, or recommendations. All decisions regarding childcare arrangements, evaluations, and plans are the sole responsibility of the families and their chosen caregivers. By engaging our services, families acknowledge and accept that Philadelphia Nanny Network serves strictly as a facilitator. We are not liable for any outcomes, procedures, or decisions made by the caregivers or centers to which we refer families. We strongly encourage all families to independently verify childcare recommendations and consult directly with licensed childcare providers before proceeding with any arrangements.

- 1.3 PHILADELPHIA NANNY NETWORK does not refer the User or other families to specific Providers but only provides information about Providers based on the User’s needs, such as availability, location, and childcare requirements. Thus, the User will not be allocated to any Provider but will instead receive a list of Providers (including name, address, specialization, etc.) from which the User can choose one and arrange an appointment.
- 1.4 PHILADELPHIA NANNY NETWORK discloses details and information on Providers based on data provided by the Providers or collected from various sources. Although we use reasonable skill and care in performing our Services, we cannot guarantee that all information provided is accurate, complete, or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors or misleading information provided by the Providers or non-delivery of information by the Providers. The website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality or qualifications of any Provider.
- 1.5 PHILADELPHIA NANNY NETWORK facilitates communication between the User and Providers. In particular, we provide various forms for the User to inquire about the Provider’s services. Should the User and the Provider decide to conclude a contract, PHILADELPHIA NANNY NETWORK is not involved in the contractual relationship between the User and the Provider and does not influence the conclusion or content of the contract.
2. Conclusion of Contract
- 2.1 The use of PHILADELPHIA NANNY NETWORK’s Services requires the User to provide personal contact details for us or Providers to assist with childcare facilitation services. The User must (i) provide their full name, phone number, and email address, (ii) agree to these Terms, and (iii) to our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).
- 2.2 Our Services are free for the User. However, the User can solicit additional personal or logistical support or order other services for an extra charge. Before ordering a service that incurs a charge, the exact amount will be displayed at the checkout page. The User can review and correct the order data before clicking the button “buy service.”
- 2.4 By placing an order, the User submits a binding offer to PHILADELPHIA NANNY NETWORK for the conclusion of a contract concerning the requested Service. The User will then receive an automatic confirmation email regarding the receipt of the electronic order, which does not constitute binding acceptance of the order.
- 2.5 The User may request to remove their submitted personal and specific data from our databases at any time by sending an email to info@philadelphianannynetwork.com. In compliance with our Privacy Policies, we will delete or block the User’s personal data as soon as requested. However, to trace inquiries related to Providers contacted by the User, we will retain the User’s name and email address. We will not use this data for any promotional purposes after such a request from the User.
- 2.6 Any User who is a consumer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Section 15.

- 3.4 We will not provide the respective services ourselves but only assist the User in booking them. Thus, the agreement will only be concluded between the User and the Service Provider, and any queries or claims should be addressed directly to the Service Provider.
- 3.5 By making a booking with a Service Provider (either directly or through us), the User accepts and agrees to the relevant terms and conditions of the Service Provider, including cancellation and refund policies. Should we purchase the services on behalf of the User, the terms and conditions will be made available on the purchase page. If the User wishes to review, adjust, or cancel the service once booked, they should contact us at info@philadelphianannynetwork.com.
4. Second Opinion
- 4.1 PHILADELPHIA NANNY NETWORK provides Second Opinion services upon request from the User.
- A second opinion is an evaluation of the User’s current and past childcare arrangements, history, and plans by a childcare specialist. It is not a substitute for primary care. The service varies based on the User’s situation. The User should have obtained primary care from a local childcare professional before using our Second Opinion service.
- 4.2 The User agrees that: (i) the opinion received is limited and provisional; (ii) the second opinion is not intended to replace a full evaluation or an in-person visit with a childcare provider; (iii) the professionals providing services through this portal do not have important information usually obtained through a physical meeting; and (iv) the absence of a physical meeting may affect the professional’s ability to assess the situation.
- 4.3 The User can choose to meet the second opinion provider in person if necessary.
- 4.4 The purpose of our Second Opinion service is to give the User access to additional information and evaluation via specialists in our network. A Second Opinion covers all major childcare specialties available on our website, including but not limited to early childhood education, special needs care, and developmental assessments. If we do not have the right specialist in our network, the User agrees that we may contact third parties outside our network.
- 4.5 By requesting any service through the portal, the User authorizes us to collect their records, store them, and transmit them to the appropriate provider. The User agrees that the Second Opinion will not be used in any legal disputes, including but not limited to litigation or claims for benefits. The User can provide records on behalf of a third party, provided they notify us that (i) the third party is a family member, (ii) they have consent from the third party, and (iii) the third party cannot send a request themselves.
- 4.6 The information provided to us cannot replace a consultation or evaluation. It should not be used to independently decide on childcare arrangements.
- 4.7 The User must provide current and accurate identification and contact information to verify their identity and eligibility. The User is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. 4.8 The User agrees that we may review their records before and after their interaction with the portal, and any records created as a result of services received. We may request additional records to understand treatment outcomes and improve recommendations.
- 4.9 Upon receiving complete documentation, we will create a Case file and match it with up to 3 different specialists in our network. The User can choose which specialist will provide the second opinion report. We will confirm via email once the Case file is ready and will forward the information to the chosen specialist. Within 72 working hours of receiving the documentation, the User will receive a second opinion report via email.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Down Payments
- 5.1 PHILADELPHIA NANNY NETWORK processes all payments made through its platform via a third-party payment provider.
- 5.2 To secure a booking with a Provider, we may require the User to provide a Credit Card Deposit (“Deposit”) or a Down Payment (“Down Payment”) on behalf of the selected Provider. We will process the transaction and hold it in a non-interest-bearing trust account.
- 5.3 When making an appointment with a Provider, the User may be asked to provide their credit card for capturing a Deposit. However, we will only authorize the payment provider to collect the amount if: (a) A cancellation fee applies or (b) A deposit is required for the treatment.
- 5.4 Certain treatments or Providers may require a Down Payment. The amount and cancellation policies will be displayed at checkout and in the confirmation email.
- 5.5 We will communicate and charge the Down Payment to the User and keep it in our trust account until: (a) The User cancels the treatment, or (b) The Provider requests the Down Payment and informs us about the invoice amount.
