As a part of our Elite Nanny Program at Philadelphia Nanny Network, you’ll be the backbone of our childcare team, offering vital backup for working parents in need. Join us in this dual-purpose role that champions flexibility and compassion, making a profound impact on the lives of children and parents alike.
Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, safe, and nurturing care to children of various ages, from infants to pre-teens.
- Adapt quickly to different household environments and routines.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about the care provided and any relevant updates during the service period.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and respect family privacy.
- Follow all company guidelines and standards for quality care.
Availability:
- Full time guaranteed hours must be available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
- Part time must be available Monday-Friday at least one full day a week. Start times vary, typically between 8am-6pm
