This family is seeking a nanny to care for their baby and 3-year-old son.
Their son will attend preschool part-time.
The mother will be working from home from late August until January and then will work outside the home from January to June, Monday to Thursday. The father also works Monday to Thursday. Fridays the parents are off so the hours will be flexible and will work with the nanny to schedule that day (some Friday’s can be off).
The nanny is expected to assist with household duties when not directly caring for the children.
The family is a no screen time household, emphasizing the need for engaging, screen-free activities.
Dependability is the most crucial quality they are seeking. Due to the nature of their jobs, it is very challenging for either parent to call out, so they need someone who is reliable and won’t call out sick. The nanny must also be comfortable caring for the children when they are ill.
